Warranty Terms & Conditions For New Computers
  Thank you for purchasing a new computer from Adtek Computer Services. Every effort is made to ensure that your computer is assembled and constructed with care and we use quality and reputable components. Each component has a warranty as stated by its manufacturer. In the event of a component failing within its warranty period Adtek Computer Services will replace the component with a new one. Component warranties do not cover labour. If a component needs to be replaced there will be a labour charge associated with its replacement. The warranty period for each component ranges from minimum of 1 year to maximum of 3 years.

If a component fails within the first 3 months of purchase it will be replaced within 3 working days. Failure of a component that is older than 3 months may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.

All repairs and diagnostics must be carried out by an authorised Adtek Computer Services representative. Please note: failing to do this will void the warranty.

 
Warranty Terms Regarding Hard Disk Drives
  If a Hard Disk Drive were to fail within its warranty period it will be replaced with a new one. Adtek Computer Services will offer one hour of labour at no charge to assist with the re-program of the Windows Operating System. Adtek Computer Services will not be held responsible for any loss or corruption of data whatsoever.
   
Warranty Terms Regarding Microsoft Windows & Other Software
  Software including all Microsoft products (Windows Operating Systems included) are not covered by any form of warranty. Adtek Computer Services will not be held responsible for any software related issues.

DATA BACKUP SERVICES - Terms & Conditions
  Adtek Data Backup Services are carried out by IT professionals and every effort is made to ensure the data and computer systems are dealt with the utmost care. The data is handled in a safe and secure manner and with respect to the privacy of the businesses of which the data is backed up.

The methods used by Adtek Computer Services for data backup are reliable and effective. All data is verified to ensure the backup procedure was carried out properly.

All hardware and media that is used for the backup procedure is kept in perfect condition to alleviate any system break downs.

In the event of a situation that is beyond our control and foresight and data is lost or hardware has failed Adtek Computer Services will not be held liable what so ever.

Every backup is to be signed off by a company representative and a log will be kept every time a backup is carried out.
